自動車解体業許可とは
自動車解体業を始めるには行政の定めた許可基準を満たし、使用済み自動車のリサイクル・処理を再資源化基準に従って適正に行わなければならないため、県知事から許可をもらう必要があります。

許可基準について
自動車解体業を行うには次の2項目の許可基準を満たしていることが条件になります。
事業の用に供する施設
使用済み自動車を解体するまでの保管場所、燃料抜き取り場所、解体作業場などの施設が事業所に必要となります。
申請者の能力
標準作業書を常備し従事者に周知していること、事業計画書や収支見積書から解体業を継続できないことが明らかでないことの二つが能力として定められています。
